| 職務内容 | デロイト トーマツ サイバーにおける多国籍サイバーセキュリティサービスチーム (MCS) は、日本と世界の架け橋となり、業界最先端のセキュリティサービスを提供しています。 多文化・多言語環境におけるプロジェクトの遂行を強みとする、経験豊富なサイバーセキュリティ専門家のチームの一員として、以下の業務を中心に従事いただきます。 ■主な業務内容 ・目的、スコープ、スケジュール、マイルストーンの設定や、リスクおよびデリバリー上の課題のエスカレーションを含む、案件計画の策定・推進を支援 ・クライアントとの初期接点からプロジェクト開始までに必要となる、提案書作成および社内手続きの推進を支援 ・クライアントの期待に応えるため、明確性と正確性を備えた高品質なデリバリーの実現に向け、案件の計画・実行を支援 ・最終的なマネジメントレビューに先立ち、最高水準の品質を確保しながら、プロジェクト報告書および各種成果物の作成を管理 ・案件を通じて、クライアントにとって信頼できるアドバイザーとして対応 ・ジュニアメンバーへのメンタリング・コーチングや、自ら模範を示すことを通じて、MCSチームの成長に貢献 ・サイバーセキュリティに関する最新のソートリーダーシップ、業界調査、マーケティング資料の作成に貢献 ・優先順位の変化や不確実性に前向きに対応しながら、レジリエンス、責任感、プロフェッショナリズムを発揮 -------------------------------------------------------- Deloitte Tohmatsu Cyber's Multinational Cybersecurity Services (MCS) Team provides industry-leading security services that bridge the gap between Japan and the rest of the world. We are a team of experienced cybersecurity professionals who specialize in delivering multicultural, multilingual projects. As part of the team, you will: ・Support engagement planning, including objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, and escalation of risks or delivery concerns ・Support the creation of engagement proposals and managing necessary internal processes from initial contact with the client to project kick-off ・Plan and support the execution of engagements ensuring high-quality delivery with clarity and accuracy to meet client expectations ・Manage the creation of project reports and other work products ensuring the highest quality before the final review by leadership ・Act as a trusted advisor to our clients throughout the engagement ・Contribute to the development of the MCS team by acting as mentor and coach to junior members and leading by example ・Contribute to the latest thought-leadership, industry research, and creation of marketing publications related to cybersecurity ・Adapt positively to changing priorities and ambiguity while maintaining resilience, accountability, and professionalism |
