| 職務内容 | デロイト トーマツ サイバーにおける多国籍サイバーセキュリティサービスチーム (MCS) は、日本と世界の架け橋となり、業界最先端のセキュリティサービスを提供しています。 多文化・多言語環境におけるプロジェクトの遂行を強みとする、経験豊富なサイバーセキュリティ専門家のチームの一員として、以下の業務を中心に従事いただきます。 ■主な業務内容 ・クライアントとの契約およびプロジェクトポートフォリオの管理・推進を担い、取締役またはパートナーへの報告 ・提案書作成を主導し、クライアントとの初回接点からプロジェクト開始までに必要となる社内プロセス全般を管理 ・プロジェクトレポートおよび各種成果物の作成を管理し、リーダーシップによる品質レビュー前に高品質な成果物を確保 ・契約案件について、定められた納期および予算内で確実に遂行されるよう管理 ・契約期間を通じてクライアントとの関係構築を担い、信頼できるアドバイザーとして価値を提供 ・各業界におけるサイバーセキュリティサービスの市場開拓に貢献し、営業機会を特定のうえ上級管理職へ連携 ・既存のMCSチームの成長に貢献し、若手メンバーに対するメンタリングおよびコーチングを通じて、模範となるリーダーシップを発揮 ・サイバーセキュリティ領域における最新のソートリーダーシップ、業界調査、マーケティング資料の作成に貢献 -------------------------------------------------------- Deloitte Tohmatsu Cyber's Multinational Cybersecurity Services (MCS) Team provides industry-leading security services that bridge the gap between Japan and the rest of the world. We are a team of experienced cybersecurity professionals who specialize in delivering multicultural, multilingual projects. As part of the team, you will: ・Lead a portfolio of engagements and projects with our clients reporting to a Director or Partner ・Lead the creation of engagement proposals and managing all necessary internal processes from initial contact with the client to project kick-off ・Manage the creation of project reports and other work products ensuring the highest quality before the final review by leadership ・Ensure the execution of engagements within the allotted time and budget ・Act as a trusted advisor to our clients throughout the engagement ・Contribute to developing the market for cybersecurity services across all sectors, identifying sales opportunities and highlighting them to senior management ・Contribute to the development of the MCS team by acting as mentor and coach to junior members and leading by example ・Contribute to the latest thought-leadership, industry research, and creation of marketing publications related to cybersecurity |
